Injury Report
Donte DiVincenzo suffered a torn Achilles and will undergo surgery performed by Dr. Martin O'Malley — the same surgeon who operated on Jayson Tatum in 2025. Recovery is expected to keep DiVincenzo out for the entirety of the 2026-27 season, though a late-season return is not impossible if progress exceeds expectations. With Anthony Edwards also sidelined for multiple weeks with a knee injury, Minnesota will lean heavily on Ayo Dosunmu, Mike Conley, and Bones Hyland the rest of the postseason.
Kevin Durant has been upgraded to questionable after missing two games with a left ankle sprain and bone bruise. His next chance to play comes Wednesday in Game 5, which would be a significant boost for Houston as the Rockets attempt a 3-0 series comeback.
Austin Reaves remains questionable with a left oblique strain, now missing a ninth straight game, though he went through pregame warmups before being ruled out — a sign he may be close to returning. Luke Kennard and Marcus Smart continue to fill the void. In Charlotte, Mark Williams will miss a fifth consecutive game with a left foot injury, with Oso Ighodaro holding his starting spot and Khaman Maluach picking up additional minutes off the bench.
Kevin Huerter is questionable for Game 4 on Monday after injuring his left hip in Saturday's loss to Orlando. If he can't go, Caris LeVert and Javonte Green are in line for expanded roles in Detroit's rotation. Aaron Gordon is also questionable after briefly exiting Game 4 with a left calf issue, with Tim Hardaway and Spencer Jones ready to step up if needed.
Tyler Herro has been ruled out to address an ongoing right foot issue but is not expected to miss significant time, and his offseason program should remain on schedule. Peyton Watson is out with a right hamstring strain and won't have another chance to play until Thursday at the earliest if Denver forces a Game 6.
Standout Performances
Victor Wembanyama put on a dominant two-way display for San Antonio in a 114-93 win over Portland, finishing with 27 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals, and 7 blocks. Tari Eason was equally impressive on the other end of the floor, posting 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 steals as Houston cruised past the Lakers 115-96.
Notable Results
The Boston Celtics dismantled the Philadelphia 76ers 128-96 in a dominant blowout, the most lopsided result among the four games played yesterday.
